P0135 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the p0135 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the p0135 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies provided by p0135. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and p0135 as the platform provider. Continued use following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
This platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. p0135 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account at p0135. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. p0135 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party.
P0135 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or for accounts displaying unusual activity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the temporary suspension of certain account functions.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify the p0135 support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be taken.
Platform Usage Rules
Users of the p0135 platform are required to comply with all usage rules set out herein. The platform is to be used for lawful entertainment and betting purposes only. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical errors, or use automated software (bots) to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
Specific Prohibitions
- Providing false information during registration or when making financial transactions.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
- Sharing or transferring account funds to other users for unauthorised purposes.
- Disrupting platform operations or attempting to gain access to other users' data.
- Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the p0135 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of p0135 or our licensors. This content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any content without prior written consent from p0135.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the p0135 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their accounts come from legitimate sources.
Deposits can be made via approved Malaysian local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and bank transfer. p0135 does not charge for deposits; however, your financial institution may apply its own fees. Successful deposits are typically credited within a short timeframe.
Withdrawals are processed to a bank account registered in the user's name. The bank account name must match the name registered with p0135. A successful identity verification is required for the first withdrawal. p0135 reserves the right to delay withdrawals where further investigation is deemed necessary.
All bonuses and promotions offered by p0135 are subject to separate terms and wagering requirements. Bonuses may not be cashed out without first satisfying the stipulated conditions. p0135 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if the terms of use are breached.
Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Term Amendments
P0135 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account that violates these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious breach. Suspended accounts will not be able to access funds until the investigation is complete. Legitimate funds will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, subject to deduction of any bonuses or credits that do not meet the qualifying conditions.
P0135 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits or opportunities. p0135's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty days preceding the claim.
The p0135 platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. p0135 does not control the content of those websites and is not responsible for their accuracy, content, or privacy practices. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
P0135 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via the platform. Continued use after the effective date of any amendment will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia.
